Hello friends! While the kids are away with dads at the Day with Dad event, we’d like to invite you to enjoy a quiet evening at Nana’s Tea Room. Little ones that are too young to attend the event with dad are welcome. This event costs $38 per lady for a full afternoon tea service which includes endless hot tea, some light snacks, and desserts.  We will have Nana’s reserved all to ourselves from 6:00pm-8:00pm. We hope to see you there.

Who loves German Christmas Cookies? Bring your rolling pin and join us in the Refuge City Church kitchen on Friday December 13, 2024 at 6 pm for a fun time of baking. Our sweet Artemis Tompkins has invited all the ladies to come bake these amazing cookies along side her. We will have a wonderful time of fun and fellowship while we are rolling dough, cutting out shapes and spreading yummy jam. Best of all, we will get to enjoy them together at the end of the evening. This is a free event but we would love for you to register so that we can make sure to have enough for everyone. Sorry, there is no child care provided. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Bittersweet memories. Loss of traditions. An empty seat at the table. The holiday season can trigger sadness and despair for people grieving a loss. Join us for a 2-hour event called Surviving the Holidays where we talk about how to deal with grief around the holiday season. The event is Free! Biblical Personal Financial Management is a pillar in our walk with Christ. Learn how to budget, get out of debt, and set your personal finances up in a way that will help you be extravagantly generous and financially stable throughout your life! Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University is coming to Refuge City Church. This is our church's gift to you - it normally costs over $75 to go through FPU, but Refuge City Church is hosting this class so you can attend for free! You will need to attend 10 weeks in a row. The first class - July 10 - will be our launch class and will get you onboarded. Children's Ministry and Nursery will be available. If you've been waiting to attend because of scheduling, childcare, or financial difficulty, all those challenges have been met! It's FREE, childcare is provided, and it's on a church night that you're already used to having! Woohoo! Let's do this! God has great things in store!
