Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University is coming to Refuge City Church. This is our church's gift to you - it normally costs over $75 to go through FPU, but Refuge City Church is hosting this class so you can attend for free! You will need to attend 10 weeks in a row. The first class - July 10 - will be our launch class and will get you onboarded. Children's Ministry and Nursery will be available. If you've been waiting to attend because of scheduling, childcare, or financial difficulty, all those challenges have been met! It's FREE, childcare is provided, and it's on a church night that you're already used to having! Woohoo! Let's do this! God has great things in store!

Miles Minnick is an up-and-coming Christian rap artist from the Bay Area. Our youth network in Klamath Basin (aka the youth pastors in our community) have planned a rap concert for our teenagers for outreach and evangelism. Our goal is to see as many teens there as possible so they can hear the gospel of Jesus in a way that speaks to them directly. D.E.S. (Disciple. Equip. Send.) is our summer discipleship program for 2024 and is for High schoolers and those who are coming out of 8th grade. It is similar to what we have done the last 4 summers with PRIME, however, it may not be as in depth in some ways. The goal this summer is outreach and personal connection with the Holy Spirit as opposed to deep biblical theology. There will be theology tied into the conversation as we pursue God but it is much more about our young people learning how to connect with the Lord for themselves through the disciplines we see in scripture. If they live a disciplined life of Christ pursuing Him everyday, they'll find Him and encounter Him. If they don't, then they probably won't connect with the love of God very well. There comes a moment in every persons life where they have to make the choice to serve Jesus for themselves. I believe for several students, D.E.S. Is their opportunity. Please have your young person join if they are able. They must be coming out of 8th grade and going into 9th at the end of summer to join. Cost is $150.

Our Annual Family Business Meeting will be held on February 18 at 4PM. Members are required to attend. This is where we report on the prior year's finances and vote on any business matters. Only official members can vote, but all are welcome and encouraged to attend!
