Spring Break Sledding Day
Come join us for an awesome day in the great outdoors! We will be traveling to Crater Lake to go sledding and inner-tubing at the meadow near the Crater Lake Lodge. Bring a sack lunch and all the sleds or inner-tubes you’ve got and let’s have a blast hanging out together in the snow.
Please bring appropriate snow gear, there will be about 10 feet of snow up on the mountain. Also, please bring SUNSCREEN, as the reflection off the snow is a killer. ATTENTION: sleds are not provided. Please bring your own or borrow one.
Spring Break Medford Day
Have nothing to do for Spring Break? Well, not anymore. Get ready for an awesome day of fun in Medford, Oregon. We will be taking a trip over the hill to visit the Family Fun Center and Rogue Valley Mall. We will spend several hours at the Family Fun Center at the arcade and any of the outdoor activities that are available. We will then head to the Mall for lunch and will have a few hours to go shopping and hang out. Please bring your own spending money, you'll need about $12 for lunch and any extra for activities at the Family Fun Center and going shopping at the Mall.
ONE Conference
ONE Conference is a youth conference hosted by Mannahouse in Portland, Oregon. Since 1993, their "why" has been to create a space for young people to encounter Jesus. Their passion is that each student, leader, and youth pastor leave this three-day experience convinced of God's call on their life, equipped to advance Jesus’ movement, and connected to other like-minded leaders and teams.
This trip is for High Schoolers only, and is a very deep time with the Lord. We encourage our students to be in prayer before the event, so they can get everything that God has for them!
Upper Classmen Retreat
Upperclassmen retreat is as implies. A retreat solely dedicated to Jr.'s and Senior's in high school. The focus is to talk about the final steps needed before graduation to live for Jesus and step into adulthood with His direction in mind. We have two different years that we rotate. One is more practical discussion on about choices in regards to jobs, college or not, finances/budgeting, marriage and relationships, etc. The next year is a focus on your spiritual health and how to make Jesus number one in your life so each and every decision you make has Him at the center of your focus. This year is our spiritual health and focus year. Please join us if you qualify so that we can bless you and help you start off adulthood on the right foot. Aka God's foot!
Oregon Youth Convention
Youth Convention is an annual youth conference gathering students from all around Oregon for 3 days of fun and passionate pursuit of God, together with special guests from around the United States.Held at Peoples Church in Salem, Oregon, students will have the opportunity to meet peers from all over Oregon, encounter Jesus, and build relationship with their leaders and fellow students. This trip is for 6th - 8th graders and sets a strong foundation for their walk with God.
The cost for this trip is $260, which includes hotels, food, gas, and their ticket for the conference. Students can be prepared with extra spending money for snacks, etc... if they desire.

Youth Rafting Trip
HERE WE ARE AGAIN!!! Another year of our FAMOUS annual Youth Rafting Trip. This is a trip we the youth at Refuge City Church look forward to all year long. It is a bitter sweet (mostly sweet) trip that we take every year and welcome our up coming 6th graders and say farewell to our graduates. It is always a blast and a fun opportunity to get soaked in the Rogue River and have fun with friends. We leave the church at 7:45am on August 16 and go to Shady Cove Oregon to get dropped off in the river. Then we will spend a little time at the mall after we are done rafting. After that we should be home between 5pm and 6pm. I'll have students text or call to try to give a heads up. Cost is $35 and if they want extra for the mall they can leave it in the van while we're rafting. Sign up today! Registration closes August 7th.
Youth Camp
YOUTH CAMP!!!!!! This is our favorite summer event for the whole youth group. We always go to youth camp and meet God. It's one thing to be discipled about the theology of God. But the most important thing we need attached to discipleship is an encounter with our amazing God who loves us. If you have a student who would like to go have a TON of fun, and an opportunity to encounter the love of our big God, please get them signed up for this event. This years concept for camp is all about STRENGTH in God. Come ready to receive all that you can from the teachings.

Youth Revolution summer park nights are a BLAST!!! What a great way to connect with our youth students and have some fun to kick off the summer. The vision behind these 3 weeks of fun is to give our youth ministry a breather. They just got done with school and to be honest, they're tired of just sitting and listening. So to help them re-engage we take them out for some intentional fun and fellowship so they can reset and jump right into to the rest of the summer with us. If you have a youth student who'd like to start out the summer with some fun, bring them to Wiard Park at 2800 Wiard ST., Klamath Falls, OR 97603. The only requirement is that they are dropped off and picked up from the park. We will not be providing transportation to or from the park. Can't wait to see you!

We are serving hot cocoa to the parade participants (the people waiting lining up and waiting to start the parade). We are meeting at Anthem House on December 3rd at 4:30 to plan and then will meet again on December 7th at 4:30pm at Anthem House to load up and head to the parade.

We are also asking that each student brings a white elephant gift from home for our white elephant gift exchange.

Youth Movie Night and Shoebox Packing
We are inviting all 6th-12th Grade students to come for a free pizza party and movie night where we will be watching The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
First though, we will be packaging Christmas shoeboxes that the youth have saved up to purchase and send overseas to bless other kids in need.
Junior High Air Park and Lake Trip
We are welcoming all of the upcoming 6th and 7th graders to join the Junior High youth group!
We are going to the Rouge Air Park for a couple hours of jumping and fun and then after a pizza lunch will be heading to the Lake of The Woods for a few hours of amazing swimming fun!
