We welcome you to join us! We are located in the heart of the Prospect, OR community across from the Public Library. We are friendly small church with families, singles, young, and old… all are welcome! We strive to be engaged with and a blessing to our community. We want to do life together with you, help you grow in your faith, and partner with you as you are transformed by the Holy Spirit into a disciple of Jesus Christ.

TOM & SHERYL O’NEAL
Tom and Sheryl O’Neal are a husband and wife pastoral team that are currently serving Refuge Church Prospect. They have four children at home. They landed in Prospect after time spent on the mission field in Africa. Their heartbeat is to do life and love their neighbor in word and deed. Sheryl has been busy pastoring at the church and teaching at Prospect Charter School. Tom is working as a pastor, medical doctor, and high school basketball coach. They have a passion for the Lord and heart to see people walking in a vibrant relationship with Christ. Furthermore, they believe that Prospect is a community where God is moving and is doing a new and wonderful thing.
